One of America’s biggest companies is saving big bucks thanks to new smart-building technology implemented at its facilities by Jones Lang LaSalle.
According to this article in the Cincinnati Business Courier, Procter & Gamble (No. 28 on this year’s Forture 500 list) was able to slash energy costs by 10 percent as part of a pilot program that included its downtown Cincinnati headquarters (pictured above) and other buildings through the use of JLL’s computerized IntelliCommand system.
P&G hope Intellicommand will help them double those savings over the next year.
